General Terms & Conditions

PRICES ALL INCLUDED
The prices are all included (fees, electricity, iva, internet, cleaning ... (unless extra charges are specified)
All of the apartments are provided with linen and towels.

RESERVATION
To book an apartment, a 30% minimal pre-payment, is required by :

FOR THE BALANCE ON ARRIVAL
Should the balance be paid at last the first day of the rental, by bank transfer, cash (euros) or Travelers checks.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A Security Deposit is required (when pick up keys) : From 200,00 EUR to 1 500,00 EUR
by Credit Card payment, Credit Card imprint, Cash or Traveler Checks.

CHECK-IN (Key Pick-Up)
7 days a week, usually between 1PM and 8PM, at your apartment for inventory and balance & deposit payment.
We may be more flexible if apartment available previous day ...
Should the tenant call the property manager at least 1 hour before arrival to confirm arrival time. In case of delayed arrival, please advise the property manager, otherwise you will be charged 20 EUR / delayed hour.
All arrivals Before 8AM and After 8PM are subject to a 40 EUR extra fee, to be paid to the person who greets you (unless specific arrangement).

CHECK-OUT
7 days a week, usually between 8AM and 11AM, at your apartment for inventory and deposit refund.
We may be more flexible if apartment available following day ...
All departures Before 8AM are subject to a 40 EUR extra fee, to be paid to the person who greets you (unless specific arrangement).

CLEANING
The apartment will be cleaned out after your departure, but should the apartment be returned cleaned (except towels & linen) otherwise you will be charged 50 EUR extra fees.
Optional Cleaning possible upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No-shows (reservations not be honored by the guests) and bookings cancelled by the guests within sixty (60) days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to penalties.

PERSONNAL DATA
According to the french law "Informatique et Libertés", credit/débit card information will not be stored or saved.

OTHER

  • In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
  • Should you need any further information we remain at your entire disposal.
